Termination

 

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

 

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

 

Changes

 

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 50 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through (“Book an Appointment”)you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information or either would go on PayPal ,Stripe.

 

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

 

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.

 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

 

1. Purpose of Consultation
The purpose of an initial consultation is to provide the consultant with sufficient information to allow for a full analysis and comprehensive advice on immigration options, including estimated timeframes, legal fees, and costs.

2. Fees
The Client is obliged to pay the full fee in CAD.

3. Limited Scope
No Consultant-Client relationship is intended to be established by the initial consultation agreement. At the conclusion of the initial consultation there is no obligation for you to retain us, nor do we have an obligation to provide any services to you, unless further engagement or full retainer agreement is signed.

4. Method of Consultation
RCIC shall provide consultation to the client in person, by phone, or by Skype (only audio method). The consultation will last for such a period of time as necessary for RCIC to perform the services under this agreement, but in any event, shall not be longer than 45 minutes.

5. Confidentiality
Any information or documentation reviewed by the RCIC in the course of the consultation, will not be divulged to any third party, other than RCIC’s agents and employees, without any prior consent of the client except as demanded by the law.

6. Validation
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province of Ontario.
Please be advised that Harmanjot S Sodhi is a member in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC), and as such, is bound by its By-law, Code of Professional Ethics, and Regulations.

7. Acknowledgment
, you acknowledge that you have read the above terms and conditions and that you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this agreement.
